Valentine Road is a groundbreaking permanent supportive housing project developed by the HACSB. Made possible through funding from the Homekey program as well as key investments from our partners at the City of Ventura, the County of Ventura, and Enterprise Community Partners, the project will convert the former La Quinta Inn into 134 permanent homes for individuals experiencing or are at risk of homelessness, thereby reducing homelessness in our community and transforming the lives of local residents. Valentine Road is creating more than just apartments. Each home will create a pathway to stability and renewed purpose for formerly homeless community members through the provision of ongoing supportive services.
