Willett Ranch is a new construction development for seniors, located in the City of Ventura. The development has 50 one- and two-bedroom apartments across two two-story buildings. Unit amenities include walk-in closets, ceiling fans, private patio/balcony, and Energy Star appliances such as a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Site amenities include a community room, community kitchen, craft room, library, laundry facilities, office space for the Property Manager and social service providers, and two community gardens.

The development was designed to Green Point Rated standards and has green features such as water-efficient fixtures, Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency lighting, low-emitting flooring, insulation with post-consumer/post-industrial recycled content, and high-efficiency irrigation system, and a photovoltaic system (coming Spring 2021).
