The Housing Authority owns and manages some scattered site properties which are considered (non-HUD). Availability is based on vacancy openings. Rents do not exceed current Fair Market Rents (FMR) and are deemed reasonable by local standards. The Housing Authority completes tenant selection and screening. Annual income restrictions are based on individual properties. Vacancies are posted when available. Age restrictions may apply on some units.
