Loan-Grant Programs Offers

The program is a 5-year unsecured zero (0) percent interest forgivable loan up to a maximum of $7,500.00. The loan balance is forgiven 20 percent (20%) per year. However, if owner sells, transfers title or no long occupies the home as his/her principal residence before the 5-year term, owner will be responsible for the repayment of the remaining years. MHRGP is a one time assistance.

• Structural repairs
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• ADA accessibility improvements
